At Kasha Interiors, every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Since most of our pieces are exclusive, limited-edition imports and individually quality-checked, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kashainterior2008@gmail.com along with clear photos or videos of the issue.

After verification, we will: Arrange a replacement of the damaged/defective item (if stock is available), or Issue store credit equal to the item’s value, valid for future purchases.

Courier-Related Damage
  • In rare cases where damage occurs during transit, please:
  • Do not discard the original packaging or box.
  • Take photos/videos immediately showing the outer box, inner packaging, and product.
  • Contact us within 48 hours, and we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the claim on your behalf.
  • We handle such cases in partnership with our logistics provider to ensure you are not inconvenienced.
  • If the courier’s investigation confirms damage in transit, we will provide a replacement or store credit as applicable.
Please Note:
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to photography, lighting, or handmade detailing — these are not considered defects.
  • The original packaging must be retained until the issue is fully resolved.
